Creamy Shrimp Avocado Bacon Ziti Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ziti pasta cooked
  • 8 oz. shrimp cooked
  • 6 strips bacon cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Tablespoons garlic minced
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 2 medium avocados pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 16 oz. Alfredo sauce

Instructions

  • Boil your pasta according to package directions, if you haven't already. Drain and set aside.
  • Thaw the frozen shrimp by placing in a strainer and running cold water over them. Drain shrimp thoroughly on paper towels. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook up the cut up bacon. While the bacon is still soft and cooking but when it is nearing doneness, toss in the shrimp, garlic and onion. Saute with the bacon. About 2-5 minutes.
  • In a large serving bowl, pour in the drained pasta.
  • Toss in the bacon, garlic and shrimp.
  • Add your Alfredo sauce. Mix until everything is coated.
  • Just before ready to serve, add chopped avocado and lightly toss. Serve hot.
