Flavorful, juicy Grilled Barbecue Ranch Burgers are ready in less than 20 minutes but taste like they took forever!

Grilled Barbecue Ranch Burgers

There is nothing like a good burger hot off the grill in the dead of summer.

I mean really, who wants to heat up the house more than it is by using the oven or stove?

Summer has always meant grilling great food for our family. We grill everything – steaks, burgers, hot dogs, shrimp, fish, vegetables and even fruit.

Ever had grilled cake? Or how about a grilled pizza? All those things can be done on a barbecue grill.

Today  I am just showing you this awesome, extremely simple burger recipe that my family adores. We are a family of cheeseburger lovers, so we make burgers a LOT! But if we ate the same old flavored burger every single time, we’d get sick of them fast.

One of our favorites are these Grilled Barbecue Ranch Burgers. They are one of those meals that comes together in under 20 minutes, so it makes the perfect ending to a busy weekday, and can be changed up to change the flavor.

You simply start with barbecue sauce and go from there. Since there are so many different options and flavors in barbecue sauce you have a wide variety of flavor combinations for these burgers. Different brands, different flavors – so many possibilities.

Once I got everything gathered, I simply got to work whipping up these burgers.  It’s pretty simple – it’s just 1 lb of ground beef, 1 ranch seasoning packet, 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce, any flavor, salt & pepper, to taste. Mix it all together and then form patties. I use my burger press because it helps the burgers grill up perfectly even and nothing over cooks!

We got some fresh green peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and avocados to slice up and then waited anxiously for the burgers to finish.

Once the burgers were ready, we popped them on a bun, topped them with a slice of cheese, even MORE barbecue sauce and then all the veggies everyone wanted.

Simple, good food.

  1. It might be a good burger, but why is it called a ranch burger? This isn’t really a recipe so much as an advertisement for Kraft products.

    1. It is called a Ranch burger due to the seasoning in the burger. Yes, this post was sponsored on behalf of Kraft – so obviously I use their products, but the burger is insanely good and that’s all that really mattered to us.
