Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Beef Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 ¾ oz.) Campbell’s® Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed
2 cups water
3 tbsp. margarine OR butter
¾ cup milk
2 cups Idahoan® Original Mashed Potatoes

Cook the ground  beef in a skillet until browned. Drain the grease.

In a bowl, mix the beef, with a ½ can of the soup, the Worcestershire and the vegetables in a 2-qt. shallow baking dish.

In a saucepan, mix together the water, margarine and remaining soup. Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat. Stir in the milk.

Slowly stir in the potatoes. Spoon the potatoes over the beef mixture.

Bake at 400°F. 20 min. or until hot.
