Who will you Share a Coke with?
This year, I’m sharing a coke with the Class of 2015.
Yep, it’s that time of year… graduation party time! With five teens I feel like I have a graduation every year, and when I don’t, I have one of their friends to attend events for. This year my best friend just graduated with her Master’s in Social Work, and I have three “family” high school graduates – Kayla, Nate and Melissa. That’s not mentioning the half dozen or so we are touched by outside our family. Unbelievable year.
So in honor of all these graduates, what do we do? We throw a party! Always a party!
And when we are throwing a party with a bunch of rowdy teenagers and family members, how do we make it fun?
Sunshine, swimming, laughter, good food and Coke. With the Share a Coke campaign featured at Schnucks stores we can find all kinds of names now that we couldn’t find before. And well, when you can’t find the name you want, you make it happen yourself. Brielle’s name is so unique that we just went with a Gabrielle and removed the GA with a little Sharpie. But seriously with 1000 proper names, it’s not difficult to find what you want at all. You can go to the Share a Coke site and find your own name!
You can find all the names you want at Schnucks either in the mini fridges in the front or on the adorable display pictured below!
And if you want fun something that can cover anything, a little more inspirational perhaps? Try these…
You can find those in the soda aisle, which happens to be aisle 13 at our Schnucks.
Just look at all that beautiful Coke!
While you’re there, shop for all your party food too, because Schnucks always has a GREAT selection of items at amazing prices!
My teens love any excuse to get together and an all day, open house style graduation party was no exception. There were canon balls, splashing and much screaming and laughter. And when they were all tired out, they hung out on towels, sipping their cokes, telling stories and remembering their years of high school. These really are the beginning of some of the best days of their lives, and I love being a part of that and watching it.
We had so much fun together, as people came, went and even stayed into the midnight hours. There was no shortage of food or Cokes to go around though.
Well, now you’ve learned all about who I shared my Coke with from Schnucks. Who will you share a Coke with?
