I was pretty excited I was able to find an actual meal that I had stuff on hand for. Next time, I’m totally making this with lettuce and tomato too, I think it would be yummy (and probably healthier!)

lol Hi Averie, I do indeed have 5 kids, and it gets pretty busy around here, but they are all over the age of 12 and that helps tremendously.
And oh yes, the laundry thing makes me cringe, but we solved that problem. Since there are 5 of them and there are 5 days in a week, each has their own day and they do all the “chores” and their own laundry that day. It works well, and stuff actually gets done!
