Busy mom’s need an arsenal of recipes at their fingertips for those crazy evenings. This one is definitely one you’ll want to add. The kids love it, I love it and it’s easy! That’s the best part. Plus, it’s got a nice garlic flavor.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Beef Bake
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), thawed
2 cups water
3 tbsp. margarine OR butter
3/4 cup milk
2 cups Idahoan® Original Mashed Potatoes
Cook the ground  beef in a skillet until browned. Drain the grease. In a bowl, mix the beef, with a 1/2 can of the soup, the Worcestershire and the vegetables in a 2-qt. shallow baking dish.
In a saucepan, mix together the water, margarine and remaining soup. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the milk. Slowly stir in the potatoes. Spoon the potatoes over the beef mixture.
Bake at 400°F. 20 min. or until hot.
