Easy and Delicious Pumpkin Pudding Recipe

1 T Pumpkin Pie Filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 raisins (or 1 Tbs. chopped nuts)
2 T. milk
1 T. instant vanilla pudding
1 T. Whipped topping

In a small bowl, add the pumpkin pie filling. (use a larger bowl if you are doubling, tripling or so on .. the recipe). Add the cinnamon, milk and instant vanilla pudding. Stir until blended. Add the raisins (or chopped nuts if you desire – we don’t care for raisins in our pudding). Stir for at least 30 seconds or so.
Serve in a cute pudding dish or bowl, top with whipped topping. Enjoy! This recipe is for a single serving. We sometimes add nutmeg or pumpkin spice to the recipe to make it taste a bit more like pumpkin pie. It’s delicious!!!
