I unfortunately do not – as I have only made them into cupcakes. Maybe someone else who has made them can chime in – maybe they tried to make them into a cake. I would imagine about an 8″ or 9″ if I was taking my best guess.

Jackie, I do not have a carb count on this. But it’s limited due to the fact that there is no bread involved and most of the carbs come from what you put on the pizza.
I guess a good measure would be to figure out how many carbs are in that much cauliflower and then add anything else you add to it.
Seriously though, it is extremely low.

@Jennie – AMAZING – yes, so chocolaty and I would definitely use the word decadent! They are all gone now, the kids ate ‘em in a few hours! lol Happy Sunday back at ya!
