I could not come up with anything I wanted to make today for the letter Y, so much like the letter Q (which I did have a recipe for but decided not to do!) I designated a free day. Today is Letter X and I remember when I thought it was going to take forever to get here, but here I am. So, X is for Xavier Steak. Doesn’t it look fantastic? My personal story behind Xavier steak goes like this….  We’re on Letter W and W definitely works with Watermelon which I’ve been craving due to the beautifully warm weather. We settled on Watermelon Pudding because it had been on our “to make” list for a looooong time.
