    1. I agree, one half of a cashew is lame. The point is to show you how much you can eat before you hit your goal. There are few 10 calorie snacks that are both filling or a serving size.
      This allows you to add up how much you are eating. Most people need a 100 calorie snack … so you can eat 5 cashews and there’s your 100 calories. That’s all the point of this article is.
